The Office of Government and Community Relations is the Institute's primary connection to the federal, state, and local governments and communities. Through active advocacy and relationship-building, Government and Community Relations staff members work to exhibit the opportunity of Georgia Tech and build esteem for the Institute in order to achieve its goals of progress and service for all that it touches.

On Friday, February 21st, you may have seen groups of middle school girls walking (or running) around campus as they completed a scavenger hunt on campus.
Georgia Tech was one of the first nodes in the NSF's I-Corps program, which helps faculty members commercialize research discoveries. A dozen teams from Georgia Tech have now completed the program, and several companies have resulted.
